♥ MIRACLE OF THE DAY ♥

Rain blessed the land and Plant Beings in abundance this morning. It was so delightful to hear the soothing rainfall along with the bird songs and cicadas. Everything looks so vibrant and the air smells so fresh! Regardless how we obtain our water for everyday living, it is such an invaluable, precious element for life! Our bodies, like Earth, are mostly made of water. Regardless what our beverage of preference is, it wouldn't exist without water (and neither would we). Think about how … [Read more...]

♥ MIRACLE OF THE DAY ♥

During another wonder-filled hike, I found a peacock feather on my path (and this wasn't a typical path... we were creating our own path)! I was informed by my dear companions that I'm the first to find a peacock feather on this acreage of land since they've lived in this area (nearing 2 years)!... Then... I later found in my inbox an e-newsletter that I rarely receive, titled "Being the change, embracing transformation and peacock medicine!" which was sent around the same time I found … [Read more...]

♥ MIRACLE OF THE DAY ♥

This is an obvious and Divine ✿ Nature Teaching ✿... Within every seed of life, there's everything required to create the most glorious blossoming plants, majestic trees, beautiful animals of incredible diversity and divinely loving humans... The question is... do we allow ourselves to blossom into our fullest potential, like our global kin who don't have the freedom of choice that we have?... If we all allowed our heart seeds to lead our growth, what would we discover about who we … [Read more...]

Embracing change is a wonderful thing!…

Change is not only normal in Nature but necessary for the well-being of any ecosystem, including our personal one. Observing Nature, we notice the different rhythms and cycles that keep the energy flowing in our world - outside ourselves and within. Ebbs and flows, rest and action, storm and calm, decomposition and creation, solitude and union, contraction and expansion,... It also keeps things so interesting!... How fortunate we are to be able to take a walk in the same trail, or … [Read more...]

When you think you’ve seen it all… look again!…

It's so easy to overlook things in our environment that we get used to seeing. We might see the same species of birds, mammals or trees and not really notice them anymore since they're no longer a novelty... I tend to do that in urban areas, but when I'm out in Nature, I always see things with wonder - as if seeing them for the first time. Even if I've seen Chickadees, Oaks, Clover, the Moon, the Sunset, or Stars thousands of times, I still delight in every one I see. Having this … [Read more...]

♥ MIRACLE OF THE DAY ♥

I'm SO in love and in awe with the Divinity of life!... it's so beautiful and supportive, beyond our senses!... truly! I've experienced it every day throughout my life!... Instead of meditating first thing this morning, I felt compelled to simply look outside at the glorious treed landscape that surrounds me, in quiet contemplation... I was musing about how all my life, I've been a "leaper" into the unknown... and every leap has been stretching me more and more to experience what I'm truly … [Read more...]

♥ MIRACLE OF THE DAY ♥

I woke up bursting with creative energy! I was amazed to easily find everything I needed for a creative project, since most of my things are now packed in boxes... As I worked on my creation, my thoughts wandered... I found myself thinking about how trusting the process of my own journey (instead of comparing with everyone else's journeys) is KEY to joyfully savouring every moment, regardless what I'm doing... It's SO easy for all of us to compare with others, especially with the … [Read more...]

♥ MIRACLE OF THE DAY ♥

My day started with the sighting of a beautiful snow-white hare feeding on fallen pinecones in the yard, very close to the window. In almost two years of living here, that's one animal I hadn't seen on this property yet - it felt like a blessing as my time here comes to a full cycle... I had a big "to do" list planned for today... but a website glitch required that I go to a post office in person to make certain changes. So... I figured I'd make the most of it! Since I had to drive a … [Read more...]

We all count, more than we can imagine!…

Mushrooms and other fungi are greatly undervalued for the highly significant roles they play in our environment... They keep our forests healthy by decomposing dead matter and recycle them into usable nutrients for other life-forms like the trees, plants, etc. Plants like the beautiful orchids would not even exist without special species of fungi that they evolved with. No matter what role we play in our world, when we are at our best, and use our unique qualities, talents and gifts, … [Read more...]

It’s all a matter of perspective…

When caterpillars are ready to evolve to their next stage (the butterfly chrysallis or moth cocoon), they have a persistent drive to find the perfect location to transform. When I created an urban garden of native prairie plants that appealed to many species of butterflies, I saw firsthand that caterpillars will crawl incredible distances in that search! It was amazing to see. Many times they end up where it suddenly seems like a "dead end", but they persevere. From our own greater … [Read more...]
