Mother Earth's nurturing energies... It feels wonderful to let our beautiful planet's energies infuse our bodies with her nurturing frequencies... whether we sit or lie down for a while, or walk bare feet on the ground... Our ever-changing Sky... I'm always as aware of what's going on above me as around me.
