Mmmm… the scrumptious alchemy of nutritious, fresh ingredients combined with a lot of love to create divinely delicious foods!!!
The closer our foods are to their original forms, the more vibrant they are with energy and nutritional value. You can just tell when food has been created from the freshest ingredients possible, with a lot of care.
I spent a ‘quality time’ day with my so sweet sister Joanne who is SO gifted with food creations… and she surprised me with my favourite “raw” dessert (avocado lime pie)… sooo YUMMY!…
We savoured every bite together with smiles! Merci ma belle with lots of love! ♥
