I’ve always loved the intense energy of storms, especially thunderstorms…
All storms, in their natural state, have a sacred purpose and are necessary to Mother Earth’s well-being (and ours)…
They play the important role of stirring up stagnant, heavy energy by clearing, purifying, recreating and energizing the landscape. In Nature the environment (including the air) feels more vibrant after a storm…
Populated areas make things more complicated, however when storms do affect those areas in ways that cause devastation, there’s always a resulting local and global outpour of love, compassion and assistance… Storms have the ability to open our hearts wider.
The storm energy also applies to our inner worlds. If we start feeling restless, stuck or “in a rut”, doing something that we normally don’t do breaks up the routine, stirs up our energy and allows space for the creation of new possibilities. It shifts our perspective and we just feel and think better for it… ♥
